Syncing Firebox with Firebox Desktop is easy, but has several steps:
1. Create a new, or open an existing, database in Firebox Desktop
Use the File menu, and choose "New Firebox Database"
2. Make sure your Mac and your iPhone are on the same WiFi network
Do not plug your iPhone into your Mac
Some corporate networks block BonJour, Apple's network broadcast protocol, which Firebox Desktop uses to find your iPhone
3. Put Firebox on your iPhone into Desktop Sync mode
Tap 'Tools', then 'Desktop Sync'
4. In Firebox Desktop, click the 'Sync to iPhone...' button in the database window
The sync dialog will open
5. Enter the required information in the sync dialog
Select your iPhone from the list
Enter the security code displayed on your iPhone screen
Enter the password for Firebox on your iPhone. (The password for the desktop database isn't required to be the same)
6. Firebox and Firebox Desktop are now in sync
Data is always merged between them, with the newest changes taking precedence
Be sure to save your Firebox Desktop database file
In the future, you need only double click the databse file to launch
